Over 95% of all orders we receive are despatched within one working day, and quite often on the same day if you place your order before 2.00pm on Mon - Fri. Most of the others go out within a couple of days, usually delayed only if we've needed to contact you to make sure you get what you want, or if we are waiting for stock of a particular item. If you need something quickly, our express delivery service guarantees you receive your order within two working days (subject to stock availability). If you need it faster than that, please call us and if we can get it to you, we will!

Alternatively try our product search facility at the top right of every page - just type in what you're looking for and hopefully we'll have something for you. If the product search doesn't return what you want don'tdespair - it may just be that we have described it differently.

You can shop by occasion using the main menu to the left or just above the Occasions menu you'll find that you can shop by brand, colour or item type, and where we have specific themes running through our products you can find all the products we have with the same theme.
Our Product Display Policy: We take time and trouble to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and that the photographs really do represent the products. However, if you are not satisfied you can always return unopened and unused goods to us for a full refund. We try hard to ensure that products that are shown are available, and when we go out of stock we remove that product from the website. Although this limits disappointment, there will be times when customers order more of a single product than we have in stock. If this happens we will contact you as soon as we can.
