The news reports are full of the terrible weather and the severe impact that this is having on communities in our locality in Somerset. The weather has been truly awful, and the flooding is dramatic and disruptive.
At So Raise Your Glasses we have really been very lucky. Our premises are on high ground well above the floods, and the route to our offices from the main roads is also largely unaffected. The occasional flash flood when particularly heavy rain has fallen has been a temporary nuisance, but we have got away very lightly, and as a result we have continued to despatch orders entirely as normal throughout the recent weeks.
We are very confident because of our own circumstances that we will continue to fulfil orders normally. If there is any chance of delay, we will contact customers directly within one working day of the order being placed, in order to inform them of any likely delay.
