Telephone Orders: We are very happy to recieve orders over the telephone if you prefer to place your order this way. Just ring the telephone number at the bottom of this page - we will usually answer between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday - Saturday but if we are busy and at other times please leave a message and we will ring you back as soon as we can.

Delivery - we aim to despatch all goods on the same day that we receive the order Mon - Fri if ordered by 4.00pm (subject to stock availability). Otherwise we despatch the next working day. We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery or Interlink Express. As a result you should recieve your goods within a few days, although the Royal Mail do not guarantee 1st class mail, and occasionally it takes longer. If we don't have all the stock available for your order we'll contact you by email or telephone as soon as we can (usually same day) to identify any delay or alternatives we may have available.

EXPRESS: If your order is urgent we recommend you select our Express delivery option at checkout. This will guarantee delivery usually next day, or within 2 working days of placing the order at the very latest.
