Telephone Orders: We are very happy to receive orders over the telephone if you prefer to place your order this way. Just ring 01823 490037 - we will usually answer between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday - Friday but if we are busy and at other times please leave a message and we will ring you back as soon as we can.

Delivery - we aim to despatch all goods on the same day that we receive the order Mon - Fri if ordered by 2.00pm (subject to stock availability). Otherwise we despatch the next working day.

If we don't have all the stock available for your order we'll contact you by email or telephone as soon as we can (usually same day) to identify any delay or alternatives we may have available.

EXPRESS: If your order is urgent we recommend you select our Express delivery option at checkout. This will guarantee that we prioritise your order and delivery will usually be next day or within 2 working days of placing the order at latest (subject to availability). If you must have it next day please contact us either before ordering or as soon as you have ordered to make sure that we can achieve this.

Delivery : We normally despatch the day you place your order (if placed by 2.00pm) or the next working day subject to stock availability - we will call you if there's any problem

All orders are despatched within one working day unless we contact you to identify a problem. We normally despatch orders placed by 2.00pm on the same day as the order is placed. Choose EXPRESS to guarantee delivery within 2 working days (subject to availability - we'll contact you if there's a problem)

 

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post and express delivery is by Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special delivery.

 

Standard carriage charges are determined by weight and range from £2.95 to £4.95. For express delivery an extra £2.45 is added. Slightly higher charges apply for heavy express orders only to the islands and Northern Ireland
