Delivery

Delivery is to U.K addresses only. 

We usually despatch all goods on the same day that we receive the order from Mon - Fri if ordered by 2.00pm (subject to stock availability - we will contact you if we have any stock problem)

We use Royal Mail 1st class recorded post for most standard deliveries so orders usually arrive with you in 2 to 5 working days.

If we don't despatch on the same day as the order is placed we despatch the next working day, and if there is a problem or we don't have all the items you have ordered we will call or email you.

All Express orders received by 2.00pm (Mon - Fri) are despatched on the same day that the order is received (subject to availability) and this means that they are usually delivered the next day.  

However, if you must have your order the next day, at whatever time you are considering placing your order, please call us and we can tell you whether we can guarantee next day delivery. We are able to guarantee next day delivery for many orders placed even as late as 4.00pm as long as you call us - we then know next day delivery is required and will be able to tell you if we can meet your requirements. For a small additional fee we can deliver on Saturday mornings, but we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We are happy to deliver most orders to an address which is convenient for you other than the card holder's billing address. However, in some circumstances, and for security reasons, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder billing address.

Delivery Charges: Our standard charges for delivery range from £2.95 to £4.95 according to the weight of the parcel we are sending. The actual charge is calculated in your basket and shown as you add to the basket. If your goods cost £40 or more standard carriage is free. Express deliveries attract an additional £2.45 charge for which priority is given and a guarantee of delivery within 2 working days (subject to availability)

These charges apply equally to all of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (with the exception of heavy parcels being sent by express delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the islands - see below) and standard orders (not express) over £40 are delivered free of charge.

Please call us if your order is very urgent and you need it the next day. We will tell you whether we can be sure of getting you your order next day.

* The only variation in charges for Northern Ireland and the islands from Mainland U.K. is for EXPRESS orders that weigh more than 2Kg. Guaranteed delivery to these areas for higher weight items costs significantly more and so the charge increases above 2Kg to a maximum of £9.95, although if over £40 in value, the charge will be £5.00. This cost will automatically show on your basket, but you must identify that you are either UK - Northern Ireland or UK - Islands.

For most orders a signature is required upon delivery.

Telephone Orders: We are very happy to receive orders over the telephone if you prefer to place your order this way. Just ring the telephone number at the bottom of this page - we will usually answer between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday but if we are busy and at other times please leave a message and we will ring you back as soon as we can.
