Children and adults alike love the opportunity to mark the march through December towards Christmas, and most children love to have an advent calendar. Many adults also love to count the days down and the variety of advent calendars available on the market is now enormous.

With so many advent calendars now containing chocolate we have tried to offer a more traditional approach, but also one that can fire the imagination and be fun too. Our advent calendars come in two specific forms. We have lovely fabric advent calendars that can be used again and again, year after year, and you can provide changes to these calendars by varying the little gifts that appear each day. We also have traditional card advent calendars that are simple, yet lovely too.

Our fabric advent calendars are up to about 30 inches tall, and so they can become the centrepiece of a child's bedroom for the advent period, or perhaps be hung in the living room or kitchen to start the Christmas decorations in spectacular fashion. Each of our fabric advent calendars comes with 24 individual pockets into which you can place a little gift. Some of these advent calendars come with a supply of little gifts made from fabric in the shape of little toys and Christmas symbols, and you can use these with the calendar every year if you would like to. Alternatively, you can use the pocket for your own gifts, and some of our advent calendars are supplied without gifts so that you can provide your own.

Our traditional card advent calendars are beautifully designed, and each comes with 24 windows that you can open each day, revealing a different image in each window. Some of our advent calendars provide a window that appears like a stained glass window, particularly effective if you can hang your calendar against a window and allow the light to shine through it.
