So Raise Your Glasses aims to provide delivery as quickly as possible and at the minimum cost to our customers. We despatch only to U.K. addresses.

We despatch using 1st class recorded post, usually on the same day that we receive your order (Monday - Friday), as long as we receive your order by 4.00pm. This is subject to stock availability, as although everything we show on our website is in stock, sometimes we may not have as many of any one item as you order (If we're missing anything that you have ordered we'll contact you - we won't send a part order and we won't substitute without your consent).

After that we despatch the next working day. Delivery frequently occurs the next day and usually within two working days, but we cannot guarantee this speed of delivery for our standard delivery method as Royal Mail provides no guarantees for 1st class mail. If your order is larger and weighs over 2kg once packed we use Parcelforce 48 (which is delivered 2* days after it is collected from us).

Express Delivery

If your order is urgent we recommend you select "Express Delivery" at checkout (there is an additional £2.50 charge for this service). We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24 for all Express delivery orders. On a Friday where we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, we will ensure that a Saturday delivery is applied where available. Our promise is a maximum of 2 working days (Mon - Fri) for delivery from the date of placing your order where Express delivery is selected, although orders are frequently delivered the next day.

Please note that from time to time we suspend Express delivery as a result of planned absence. In this case the basket will not permit the choice of Express delivery, and will also identify the next date on which orders will be despatched

We use a sliding scale of delivery charges dependant only upon weight of the parcel and the maximum standard amount you will pay is £4.95. We seek only to recover the cost of packaging and carriage through these charges. Please note that these charges are inclusive of VAT and for a charge of £4.95 we must pay £0.74p in VAT and so we receive a net £4.21.

Any parcel up to 100g in weight costs just £2.95 for carriage

Any parcel that weighs between 101g - 500g costs £3.95

Any parcel weighing more than 500g costs £4.95

All orders over £100 in value are delivered free of charge

All the above are subject to an additional £2.50 charge if Express Delivery is required.
