We have a unique range of party goods built up over several years from a select group of high quality suppliers, including tableware, beautiful and unusual gifts, guest books, photo albums, table crystals, and all manner of decorations for the celebration table, including crackers, place cards, table trivia, napkins and table runners. Over 90% of all orders we receive are despatched within one working day, and quite often on the same day that you place your order . Most of the others go out within a couple of days, usually delayed only if we need to contact you to make sure you get what you want, or if we are waiting for stock of a particular item, in which case we'll cget in touch to tell you about any delay. If you need something quickly, our express delivery service guarantees you receive your order within two working days (subject to stock availability). If you need it faster than that, please call us and if we can get it to you, we will!
Our menus allow you to look for what you need by "Occasion" (Wedding, 50th anniversary, 21st birthday etc.) or by "Item Type" (a particular product), by "Colour", "Brand" (e.g. Caspari, Talking Tables etc.) or by "Theme" (Butterflies, Truly Scumptious etc.) Alternatively try our product search facility at the top right of every page - just type in what you're looking for and hopefully we'll have something for you. If the product search doesn't return what you want don't despair - it may just be that we have described it differently. If you cannot find anything through a search use a more general search term if possible and you are more likely to obtain a positive result from your search.

When you find something you like just pop it in your "basket". If you view your basket at any time it will show you all the items you've added to it. You can save your basket and then retrieve it later by pressing the "Save Basket" button at the bottom of the basket screen.

Our Product Display Policy: We take time and trouble to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and that the photographs really do represent the products. However, if you are not satisfied you can always return unopened and unused goods to us for a full refund. We try hard to ensure that products that are shown are available, and when we go out of stock we remove that product from the website. Although this limits disappointment, there will be times when customers order more of a single product than we have in stock. If this happens we will contact you as soon as we can.

Delivery : We normally despatch the day you place your order (if placed by 2.00pm) or the next working day subject to stock availability - we will call you if there's any problem

Choose EXPRESS to guarantee delivery within 2 working days (subject to availability - we'll contact you if there's a problem)
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post and express delivery is by Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special delivery.
Standard carriage charges are determined by weight and range from £2.95 to £4.95. For express delivery an extra £2.45 is added. Slightly higher charges apply for heavy express orders only to the islands and Northern Ireland
