My Christmas cake icing skills are limited but I do always have a go! Every year I follow the Delia Smith recipe for Royal Icing and create a wonderful snow scene on my cake. Thank goodness for Christmas cake decorations as they create a far more polished finish than my rough around the edges snow scene.
