Delivery Information

All orders we receive by 2.00pm Mon to Fri are normally despatched same day (subject to stock availability - we'll contact you if there's any problem).

Choose "Express Delivery" for next working day delivery (if order placed by 2.00pm). Next working day delivery is weekdays only, not Saturday or Sunday. If an order is placed Friday before 2.00 p.m it will be delivered on Monday if an order is placed after 2.00 p.m. on a Friday, on a Saturday or on a Sunday despatch will be on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Please note that express delivery is only available for delivery to U.K. addresses and it is weekdays only.

We will notify anyone who orders from us within 24 hours of the order being placed if we think there is likely to be any delay.

Express Delivery within the UK

All orders for delivery within the UK where "express delivery" has been selected, that are received by 2.00pm (Mon - Fri) are despatched same day (subject to availability) and this means that they are almost always delivered the next working day, but we guaranteed delivery in a maximum of two working days. The Highlands and Islands may take one day longer depending on the size of the parcel. Smaller parcels are sent via Royal main Special Delivery and so should reach you the following day.

Standard and Economy Delivery to the UK

We usually despatch all orders on the day you order from Mon - Fri if ordered by 2.00pm (subject to stock availability - we will contact you if we have any stock problem) or next working day at the latest.

Standard delivery within the U.K.is by Royal Mail '24' 1st class post and usually takes 1 to 4 working days. The aim of the Royal Mail is next day but this is not guaranteed so please allow up to 6 working days for delivery.

Economy delivery within the U.K.is by Royal Mail '48' 2nd class post and usually takes 2 to 6 working days. The aim of the Royal Mail is within 3 working days but this is not guaranteed so please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

If you need your order more quickly, certainly within a week of placing your order, please choose express delivery

We are happy to deliver most orders to an address which is convenient for you other than the card holder's billing address. However, in some circumstances, and for security reasons, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder billing address.

Delivery to non - UK countries

We don't deliver outside the UK, sorry.
