This metallic silver curling ribbon measures 250 metres long and is ideal for tying on foil balloons. Warning - see below. It can also be used to tie on to latex balloons but take care as it could burst the balloon if pulled too tight against the balloon. WARNING: This ribbon must not be used for balloons which are to be tied or released outdoors as the metallic nature of the ribbon means it can conduct electricity.
